Independent, Active, and Growing
Comets is our class for ages 5–6, and it is the step where gymnasts start working on their own. Sessions run 1 hour and 10 minutes, and children rotate through stations without a parent guiding them.

Stations on all four events Vault, bars, beam and floor, rotating through each one in a session.

Working independently Gymnasts follow the coach and move between stations on their own, no parent on the floor.

Strength and coordination Shapes, holds and conditioning that the next level builds on.
Where Comets Fits
Gymnasts move up when coaches see the skills, not on a set date.

The first independent class, where gymnasts learn rolls, balances and their first stations.

Rockets
Comets age into Rockets, or are invited to Pre-Team to start competitive gymnastics.
